Description:

Consilium Middle East has got contract for Supply of Critical Equipment named SURGE SAFETY VALVES for their Esteemed Client from Fujairah Port.
For this project, Consilium Middle East discussed several rounds with Technical team of Rams International FZE for Technical Confirmation as per Client’s requirements and them Commercial negotiations. The contract work included Designing, Technical Discussions, Manufacturing and Supply of Surge Safety Valves for the Critical Services on the Pipelines carrying Petroleum Products.

Description:

Dubai Drydock World has got contract for Refurbishment of FAIRBANK FPSO.

For this project, Dubai Drydocks awarded work to Rams International FZE after evaluation of Capabilities, long Technical discussions, Commercial negotiations. The contract work included Designing, Technical Approval, Manufacturing and Supply of Expansion Tanks, Buffer Tanks & Dosing Tanks for Hot Water Systems, Chilled Water System for a Centralized HVAC System on board of FAIRBANK FPSO.

The Equipment were under DNV Marine & Offshore Apporval (DNV/UKCA/CE)

  • Dosing Tank: SS316 (Capacity 40Lt, Capacity 25Lt)
  • Bladder: Butyl Rubber (Capacity 500Lt, 350Lt & 100Lt)

Air Receiver Tanks for Quick Closing Valves & Instrumentation Air

Scope of Work:

Design, Manufacturing and Testing and Commissioning of Air Receiver Tanks as per Bureau Veritas Marin & Offshore.

Description:

Dubai Drydocks World has got contract for up-gradation of Offshore Rig Platform for a client Bukalis.

Rams International FZE, was selected to Design, Manufacture and supply of the Air Receiver Tanks required for various services on board the Offshore Platform.

The Engineering design was done by Rams International FZE as per site requirements with approval of Dubai Drydocks World. Once the Orientation, Size, Piping details were finalized. The Engineering design calculations, GA Drawings were submitted for Design approval to Bureau Veritas Marin & Offshore, Singapore Office.

Once the Design was approved by Bureau Veritas Marin & Offshore, the Manufacturing was done as per BV production guidelines. This included –

  • 3.2 Certified Material
  • Lab Testing of Materials
  • Approval of welding procedures
  • Pre – Qualification of welders to Marine Class
  • Test of welding by approved NDT testing methods as per laid down procedure

Manufacturing of the Air Receiver Tanks was done in our factory and was supplied to Dubai Drydocks World. Several Parts were specially manufactured for this project by different vendors and were assembled at our factory.

Deluge Fire Water system at AVIV Clinics

Scope of Work:

Design, manufacturing and testing and commissioning of deluge fire water system which will work without electrical power.

Manufacturing of Deluge Fire Water system was done with specialized high pressure Double compression system from Sweglok, Parker were used to complete the construction and was subject to hydro testing.
